The report also show that  the Foundation has distributed grants to the Socio Pastoral Institute, the Prelature of Infanta, Discalced Carmelite Sisters, and other organizations in the Philippines and South America. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It lists Fr. Francis Lucas,  Chairman of the Board,  Amelia Ashmann,  Secretary-Treasurer, and Milagros Glodava,  President. It also lists major donors who donated a total of $51,786\u2013E.M.  Weckbaugh Foundation, Archdiocese of Denver, Angelica Garcia, Mark &amp; Milagros Glodava, and Johnson and Johnson.
