A very generous donor has challenged Metro Infanta Foundation donors and potential donors with a $10,000 matching gift, dollar for dollar. It means you can double your gift with this matching gift. Donors have up to five months or until April 2021 to take advantage of this great offer!
You probably have seen on Facebook and on this website the many wonderful things that the Foundation has done and continues to do (see Accomplishments), since 1996, for the poorest of the poor and the Church in the Philippines. For instance, the Foundation has provided tuition assistance to 44 students in four schools in the Prelature of Infanta this year. To date the Foundation has provided tuition assistance to more than 175 students. In addition, the Foundation continues to support other education projects, Socio Pastoral Institute, the Prelature of Infanta, St. Joseph Formation House, and others. Please note that your gift goes to causes, instead of salaries or advertising costs.
As President of Metro Infanta Foundation, I hope that this dollar for dollar offer will inspire you to consider making a donation. I know that times are tough, but any amount, even small amounts can make a difference. I still remember how, in early 2000, the young children of St. Thomas More Parish in Centennial, Colorado, collected $10,000 through their “Pennies from Heaven” campaign to help renovate the St. John the Baptist Church in Panukulan, Quezon. Yes, pennies, that people often just ignore or discard, helped to rebuild a church!
