A trip home
Congratulations! on your piece "A Day on the Life on Sierra Madre" which appeared in the Metro Infanta Foundation Website of 13 August 2008.
Your vivid descriptions of what you saw on the way - women washing clothes; children going to school; flowering plants such as gumamelas and boungavillas, etc., patches of red earth and smoke from the hillsides as well as smell of burning coconut shells being made into charcoal, made me feel nostalgic - even homesick.
Your narration (in words) was accompanied by vivid nice photos.
I wish you have taken photos of the blue sea of thr Pacific at Real or of the River in Tignoan. If I were in the Philippines and have money, I would construct a restaurant at Tignoan right on the banks or foot of the bridge of Tignoan where tired passengers / travellers could take their snacks or meals while viewing the nice scenery such as panorama of the river, mountains and seas as well as enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Editor's Note: In response to your request, below are a couple of photos of the calm blue Pacific Ocean. and mountain waterfalls.

Next time, I shall share with you an article on the importance of water such as of the seas, rivers and lakes- the need for their conservation, protection and proper use.
More power to you and let us hear more about what you "saw, conquered and experienced" during your brief but fruitful visit to Infanta, Real and Gen. Nakar.
With warmest regards.
