Alay kay Pabling

A friend and former colleague of mine in the Philippine Foreign Service, Ambassador Pablo Araque, a career diplomat, passed away on 18 November 2007 at the age of 79 years old.
Among his various postings were at the Court of St. James, London, New Delhi, India, Kobe, Japan and Caracas, Venezuela.
He spent his retirement years at his home in BF Homes, Parañaque City. He hails from Roxas City, Capiz.
Below is my humble tribute to him. I hope it will find space in the MIF website as my Ode to a U.S. Consul Mr. Ernest C. Weidul, found space in said website.
